Institute Designation Fee Schedule 2025

Your Institute designation must be renewed annually with The Institute for Advanced Financial Education. The requirements to renew your Institute designation for 2025 include:

  • payment of an annual designation fee
  • adherence to The Institute’s Code of Professional Conduct & Disciplinary Procedures
  • completion of the relevant Designation Holder’s Agreement form
  • meeting your ongoing Continuing Education requirements

*If you hold a CLU® and/or PFA™ designation and operate in Ontario, you will be billed an Ontario regulation fee of $80 plus tax. The fee is applied per designation and is a requirement of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Please note the FSRA designation fee is potentially subject to change for 2026.
